Leaky Windows, Masonry work??

Hi guys. Thanks for the help ahead of time. I have a window that leaks when it rains. Usually if the rain is a light rain it won't leak, but when its heavy it will leak. Look at the photos above. I installed replacement windows and inspected the outside of the window. The caulking between the masonry work and window frame seems good, but I'm thinking the cracks in the mortar is letting water in between the frame and brick. Here's some photos. The first two photos are turned the wrong way. The masonry is actually the top of the window, not the side. Couldn't figure out how to turn the photo .
Thoughts? ideas? I was going to patch the cement and see if that fixes the problem.

A picture standing back showing the whole area would be nice but yes, I could see that brick leaking.

I put some cement patch to fill in the cracks. No leaks. Thanks all.
