Kinco Window - How to fix a window that doesn't stay up!

Basically, the plastic piece(hinge) that holds the window up is broken and neither Home Depot or Lowe's were able to provide any tips on how to fix it.

The pics shows the plastic pieces that were broken on the left corner and the right corner and also a pic of what it would look like if it wasn't broken..

This is a Non Tilt 1/2" Channel Balance window made by Kinco and am not able to find any video's online.

Appreciate any pointers or suggestions..

Disassemble a unit that has one intact. Take good pictures of it and the dimensions on it.

Have them ready to email off to the parts supplier and call Blaine Hardware. They have helped several of my past clients repair windows that they did not want to replace.

Great company.
