Garage Door Noise

Hey guys, I am trying to track down a noise my garage door is making when it is going down. So far the door makes no noise going up, nothing on the rails are bent and the up and down force dials have not been touched since it was installed 4 years ago. If I take the door up and down by hand ( pulling the red cord) it goes up and down just fine. If the door is up in normal operating mode, it is tight and doenst have any slack if you try and wiggle it or pull / push on it. However, when you press the button, the door jerks down 2-3 times and makes a horrible noise. I am afraid one day its just going to fall off the rails . Attached is a short video of it. After the 3 jerks it goes down nice and smooth.

Seems to go down fine in that video.

The chain does have a spring tensioner in it. It could just be the spring action.

Watch the bottom 2 pannels, they really get jerked up and down 2-3 times. Its really loud in person.

I know this just started a month ago. Last night I adjusted the cables on the side bc 1 was more loose and still the same. Annoying!

Might be some slop in the mechanism. Is there any slack in the cable to the springs?

If they are under tension when the door is being pushed down, it should take out the shutter in it.
