I have a couple of garage doors that are very noisy ,
Is there anyway to make the the door quieter?
New plastic wheels ?

There is a bunch of things that you can do but it depends entirely on the source of the noise.

Wheels, springs, opener tracks, etc.

Do you want to post up a picture of it?

I don't know if I would use plastic wheels.
If you have metal rollers/wheels -
try lubricating them.
Also, a little grease in the rails might help.
