French door bolts

I have a set of french doors and a part is broken. I am not sure what it's called.

Here is a picture of the french door.

The left side opens and closes. The right half usually stay closed. There are two rods - one on top, one at the bottom, that goes into the door frame to hold the right side in place, what do you call that?

Anyways, the top metal rod, seems to be broken. I am not able to push the rod up into the frame to secure the door. So when I push the left door open, the top of the right door get pushed out an inch or so while the bottom stay put.

The problem at the bottom is the opposite. The rod is driven into the frame and I can't seem to get it to come up. It's stuck. I should be able to just push up on the plastic tab and it should come up, right?

Brand is JELD WEN.

Door looks like it's out of plumb. See where it's been dragging on the top of the door?
