Foggy windows

If the windows are fogged it means the seal between the two pieces of glass has failed. There is no fix, you need new glass units, maybe new windows.

Many window manufactures have lifetime warrantees for this and some are transferable to new owners, might be worth looking into.

kfron is right. There are companies that claim to "fix" the glass seal, but I have yet to see anything that stands the test of time short of replacing the IG unit.
