finding a window glass replacement


i have found some warrenty tags on my windows and i want to find out if i can get replacement double glaze glass. how do i use this information? no name
of the company that made the windows appears.

the tag reads; 120802065 made 7-9-01

factory order 19084
window order 2492 0601
31 3/4 x 37 1/2 white.

window is double pane double hung windows, both move up and down,vinyl coated

Well, you've located the serial number, order number, size, and date, unfortunately none of those mean much if you don't know who the manufacturer is. Are there any markings on the glass, spacer, locks, etc?

What he said............it really bugs me when manufacturers are so ashamed of their products that they won't put their name on it. Then they tell you what a great product you bought and it has a lifetime warranty........if you can find us.

finding a window glass replacement


Label on bottom edge of window (mirror will come in handy)? Might be on the frame still but that means pulling trim off.
