Exterior Door

My front door leaks air..especially noticeable in the winter. I have packed around the door with insulation so that snow doesn't blow inside the house. It has been difficult to open and close ever since it was installed (approx. 4 years ago). Do I need a new door or does it just need to be installed correctly?

We'll need a picture to judge that----However,at four years old and trouble from day one,I suspect the install was bad---the door might be fine.

Need to see the door.
