DIY Window Trim/Wrapping Tips and Tricks

Hi all,

As my most recent DIY project I have undertaken replacing all of the old, crusty, heavily caulked window and door trim around my house...probably installed in the 60's. I was able to get my hands on an 8 foot metal brake from a friends father for a decent price. I have done two doors, the second a bit easier than the first.

My question is does anyone have a good reference (book, website, personal advice) on bending metal using a brake? The doors were pretty straight forward but my windows are going to require some more intricate bends.

Any help is always appreciated!

Post some pictures of a couple of the windows -
measure them, and give the measurements -
post a picture of the brake.
Some of us may be able to give you some advice.

The windows far harder to do then the doors.
Any chance you could get someone to show you how to to just one?
It's one of those things where if you do it all the time it's easy but hard to expain how to do.

Unfortunately my camera recently took a dump on me...so for a bit at least I cannot post any pictures. I do have a friend who may be able to come over and give me a hand, again showing me how to do just one and I can take it from there. I'll let you know how things go...
