Custom door OR custom frame?

The door is about 72 inches and needs replaced. I'm wandering would it be easier to get a custom door, or remodel the roof to a small porch like overhang so the frame could be a standard size.

The door is about 72 inches and needs replaced. I'm wandering, would it be easier to get a custom door, or modify the roof (over the door) to a small porch-like overhang. I'm not sure what it's called , raising the roof line with a mini gable extension?

Just get a door that has been cut down to the proper height.

I wouldn't mess with putting on a porch.
