Broken window glass. Is it replaceable?

The upper sash glass on my window is broken and i was just wondering if this is something that can be replaced, and a cost estimate? It's an american craftsman (not the best to begin with, i know) Low - E double hung. Anyone had any experience with replacing something like this that could give me tips or what i should expect to pay to fix?

Should be able to just order a new one from Home Depot.
Look all around the sash to see if there's any numbers on the side of the sash.

Look inside the head jamb pocket as well for the sticker.

Once you locate it, just get a new sash.
