I like um. Even installed them in my own home I liked them so much.
Never once had a call back for fogged up glass on any I've installed.

Good window, good company. Since you have it listed in your title, I would just add that no, they are not the best if you are basing that purely on the performance and quality of the product, but I'd say that they are a solid "B" in that regard. The thermal and structural ratings are not quite on par with some of the very top vinyl choices, nor is the fit and finish IMO, however they get an "A" rating for company support by every account that I have seen/experienced. Overall, I think that you'd be satisfied with the choice, and it is certainly one of the better options that is widely available for DIY. I would put the Plygem Premium (Great Lakes) in that same category.

personally never heard of them, there is a large number of window and door companies out there. some are national and some are local. the small companies sometimes have higher quality control where they aren't cranking out large numbers of product..

the big companies usually have different lines of their product. low end, mid range and high end. lower end is typically where issues occur as they get cranked out of hte factory hand over first.

i mostly use peter kohler windows, occasionally Anderson windows along with Pella or Marvin

Kirk,

From that list, you can definitely tell you deal in wood.

Simonton is a vinyl window in this case and probably would not fit the look of your clientele.

On your list, I prefer Marvin the best. If you haven't seen them, take a look at Kolbe and Kolbe as well. Very nice units.
