Basement door installation

I'm trying to figure out how to install an exterior door in my basement, once the basement wall is finished on the inside. The Basement wall is 8" Cement Block. I'm going to put 2" foam insulation and then 2x4 framing and drywall on the inside. This means my door frame opening will be about 14" deep. The door should open to the inside and sit flush with the interior wall. Can I get a door with a 14" Jamb? What are my other options?

Got a picture?
Just install jamb extention to the back side of the door, there is no need for a wider threshold.

Just build jamb extensions. Can you sit the door to the outside of the wall than put jamb extensions or some kind of wood trim on the inside.

If I do that the door will sit in the middle of the wall and will only open to 90 degrees, because it will hit the deep inset. It needs to set flush with the inside to open fully.

The door will be installed so it's flush with the finished wall in the basement and swing into the basement, not in the middle of the wall.
Just buy a prehung door remove the casing on the back side.
