Aluminum window wrap

Is this wrap installed correctly? Shouldn't it have been installed all the way to the glass blocks?Aluminum window wrap-imag0193.jpg

Aluminum window wrap

There are several things that could have been done differently there, but yes, ideally that wrap should have gone up to the block. My initial thought is the the wrap was done prior to the glass block being installed, so they probably just wrapped up to where the former storm window was mounted on those blind stops. You could have someone come out and just put an "L" bend on those exposed stops, but it would look much better to redo the whole thing at this point.
