Acorn window replacement

I have single hung Acorn aluminum windows. I need to replace some of the stationary (upper) windows. I have a source for the glass but can't figure out how to get the old glass out.

Acorn window replacement

Post up a picture but as a general rule, de-glazing and re-glazing a window is not usually a DIY job to start with.

Acorn window replacement

Also go back and add your location to your profile.
Looks like Acorn may be in England.
Look at the bottom of the sash to see if there's an L shaped bracket on each side holding it up in place.
