What type of insulation?
 

In SoCal. House was built 1960. I know might be hard to tell from this picture but wondered what anyone thought this insulation was. I know it's very sparse up there and I need to re-do badly!! cellulose?? or rock wool?? Don't think asbestos here but I could get tested if any question!
