vapor barrior or not ?

Location is Central Florida . I am redoing a tub surround . 2 of the 3 walls are exterior walls . Concrete Block . I will be putting the surround on Hardi backer board . My question is Do I need a vapor barrior on the concrete block ? .... If so ,, do I need.it to be , Block - Vapor Barrior - styrofoam insulation - Vapor barrior - THEN Hardi backer board ? .... Or can I skip the vapor barrior - insulation - vapor barrior ,,,, and just screw the Hardi backer board to furring strips and then the surround to that ? ... ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED .. THANKS , KZ ....

Rigid foam to the outside wall with taped and foamed seams.

No additional vapor barrier required.
