Sound Insulation: Fiberglass or Denser "Safe n Sound"

I have my walls open (no drywall) and want to insulate between my first and second floor to prevent noise from downstairs from traveling into the bedrooms on the second floor. I can only use one sheet of 1/2 in drywall so I have to use insulation to prevent the sound from traveling.

Which is better....the pink fiberglass stuffed into the joists or 3" Safe n Sound by Roxul?

Safe and Sound is probably denser and therefore better for sound mitigation.
