Kitchen and Living Room Installation

Hello,
I recently had a fire in my home and I am having the kitchen redone and the ceiling in my living room replace. The contractor that I hired put the dry wall up in the living room and in the kitchen without putting in installation. I asked him and he said that he was going to take down one piece of the dry wall and blow the installation in. So I said okay. But then this morning he sent a crew in to tape and mud the drywall. No he said he is going to go through the attic and blow the installation in. Should I be concerned about this contractor?

Blowing in insulation from the top down on the ceiling is fine.

Blowing insulation for and outside wall from the top down is a pain in the behind and not recommended.

FYI, you do not need insulation between interior walls from a energy efficiency standpoint.
