Insulation to help with sound

We are tearing down the Sheetrock in our living replacing (2) new windows. I know about the STC rating which can reduce sound but I was wondering if there was insulation that helps reduce sound. I would like to put it in the wall facing our BUSY road. Thanks

I second or third this. When I finished my basement I used Roxul in all the ceilings and it amazed me how well it controls sound. It's user friendly as well. No fiberglass dust to deal with and you cut it with a kitchen knife.
