insulation

Hello and welcome jwade, to the best darn DIY'r site on the web.

Your question is a bit open ended, are you doing a shower install?

Have you removed the old wall board, tile or whatever was there?

Are the walls in question internal walls?

A brief description of what you are doing would be helpful to formulate an answer.

Mark
