insulating exterior basement wall
what is the best product to use to insulate the exterior basement wall 3ft of exterior wall is above ground. siding sticks out over basement wall about 1 inch. will dig down 1ft to start insulation or what is best recommendation

What is above ground is not necessarily the cut off point.
