foam foundation insulation

is ISO foam as good as the blue foam for insulating the outside of a concrete poured wall assuming good drainage below and a 6 mill plastic between the foam and the backfill?

foam foundation insulation

Most applications for foam with dirt/moisture contact are best suited for XPS as opposed to ISO.

XPS is moisture insensitive whereas ISO is not.
