Foam for double oven cavity

I am installing a double oven and the manufacturer says it can hit 200 degrees F in the oven cavity. I don't want to vent the heat since then the oven will just have to work harder to maintain temperatures. So, I'd like to put up foam panels to both protect the surrounding walls and make the oven's job easier.

200 degrees isn't a whole lot in the grand scheme, so does anyone know what may work here?

Wouldn't bother with foam.

Use a non-combustible like Roxul.

Thanks! Its king of thick, but I suppose I could compress it. I only have about 1 inch per side for the solution
