face insulation

I'm about to drywall the living room this weekend, I insulated the exterior facing wall with R19 faced fiberglass Insulation & stapled the flanges of the insulation to the studs. should I lay a quick roll of vapor barrier across the wall before I drywall?
Thanks for your info \Level

The paper on the insulation is the barrier.

You do have 2 X 6 wall studs right?
R-19 will only fit in 6" deep wall bays.
2 X 4 would need R-13.

Sorry I have 2x4 it is R13 my bad. I know the paper is a vapor barrier but for a few extra dollars, I can throw up a roll of plastic. would it hurt to install the plastic also?
Thanks

Yes that would be a double vaper barrier a big no no.

1. Depends on your location.

2. Depends on the exterior material make-up, eg.-- vinyl siding, foamboard, black paper, OSb, ---- could you describe it?
