Exterior Wall Insulation (Vapor Barrier?)

One thing led to another until I was down to the studs and subfloor in my kitchen. I just had a complete rewire of the kitchen and the walls are completely open. I live on a busy street so I purchased Quietrock for the front wall of the house. For lack of options that I could find locally, I purchased Roxul ComfortBatt R15 insulation. While I'd love to turn my 2x4 studs into 2x6's then the kitchen cabinetry would not fit!

I live in the Seattle area where it is nice and rainy. The front of my house is hardieplanks and tongue and groove pine. Where should I be putting a vapor barrier? What mil plastic should I use?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

The lap Hardie is very open as are the wood boards, use Membrane rather than poly, IMO; http://www.buildingscience.com/docum...commendations/
