Duct Insulation

I bought 2 kinds of duct insulation from HD- fiberglass backed with foil and a sticky rubber backed with foil.

What side goes against the duct- the foil or the fiberglass/rubber?

I did seal the ducts first.

Duct Insulation

Thanks for all your help, everybody. BTW, the Frost King fiberglass is a huge itch-fest. Go for the rubber stuff, even if it's a lower R-value.
