Crawl Space Wall Insulation

Hello,

I have sealed my crawl space (in Nashville), but I have yet to insulate the walls. And the reason is that I can't fit the rigid foam through the crawl space opening without having to cut it into narrow strips. Should I bite the bullet and cut the rigid foam, or should I use some other form of insulation (I can't afford spray foam).

Many Thanks,
Russell
