basement insulation

redsox1918 Newbie   Join Date: Aug 2011 Posts: 3	basement insulation was wondering what the best way is to insulate my baasement walls and rim joist. i do get some moisture through the block walls. as far as the rim joist goes is spray foam the best and if so where is the best place to get it. shawn
