basement insulation
 

was wondering what the best way is to insulate my baasement walls and rim joist. i do get some moisture through the block walls. as far as the rim joist goes is spray foam the best and if so where is the best place to get it.

Spray foam in the bands is easiest and most effective air seal.

How much moisture is coming through the walls and are you sure it is coming through the walls vs. condensation?
