Transplanting mid-season

I made a rookie mistake and planted my strawberries in between some cucumbers and bush beans, and the poor little guys are getting choked out and not getting much sun.

Is it feasible to transplant them now and try to salvage getting some berries from them or should I just chalk it up to a learning experience and do better next year?

I'd transplant them
I'm still moving a few things around with the screenhouse blocking some sun

Just try to do it on a cloudy day that's not scorching and give them lots of water.

I moved them in the evening a week or two ago and they seem to be doing fine. My squash on the other hand... not so much.
