selective weeding


I want to kill grass/weeds but not established trees or bulbs. What is on the market that will do this ?

Leah...you and I think very much alike. My new neighbor asked me the same question. She has a nice garden(cacti and succulents) but it's overgrown with grass. When she asked what she could use to get the grass out I replied 'gloves'

I've recently hit on the idea of wearing surgical gloves while weeding. Keeps dirt out from under my nails and keeps you sensitive enough to pinch the tiniest weed.

Sounds good, 'cept a lot of our Texas weeds are 'surgically sharp'. I use the old time leather palmed work gloves, and still get punctured from time to time
