What should i do ???

The Sheetrock butts up against the beam/header ant there is about 3/4" of beam visible and it becomes smaller(almost to where the Sheetrock and beam are flush) toward the end. I don't think corner bead will help. I was gonna Sheetrock the face of the beam but the what about underneath??? Thanks.

If you want to put drywall on the beam, you could cap it with trim.
