Walls and Ceiling in a new bathroom

Hi there,
Looking for some information on finishing the walls and ceiling for a tub/shower.
1) I have Durock cement board on the walls of the shower (I am installing tiles), and I'm not sure what to use for the ceiling - regular drywall, water resistant or Durock?
2) How do I finish the joints at the walls to ceiling if I'm using different materials?
Any input is appreciated!

Standard drywall or green board are fine---unless it's a steam shower.

Tape in the usual fashion-- Just enbed the tape in the wall /Durrock portion and finish coat the ceiling---

Or just run your tile tight to the ceiling and run a bead of caulk. You'll still need to "spot" the nails around the perimeter of the ceiling. And agree that either type of drywall is fine as long as properly painted.....

Green board (1/2") requires 12"oc ceiling framing, no vapor barrier or retarder (resembles cottage cheese years later...);http://publicecodes.cyberregs.com/ic...002_par013.htm

17,000 dryer fires a year, when did you last clean the inside of the dryer near motor or the exhaust ducting?
