stucco over stucco


Hi all,
I need expert advice on this topic please I am thinking to do stucco on my house, my house have already stucco which is not painted.Today I went to Lowe's and found lefarge dry stucco bag so my question is can I use this stucco as final coat and cover all the old stucco , after this I can use acrylic colour stucco for finish please guide me how I can do this job in right manner do I also need bonding agent for final coat.
