Spray Texture to Match This Picture

Below is a pic of the spray texture I need to blend into a ceiling repair. I chose a wall shot to photograph because of the lighting, ceiling is the same.

I have a high CFM sprayer and hopper but due to limited experience, I would appreciate some input from more seasoned applicators as to the consistancy of the mud I should mix (thicker, normal, or thinner than pancake batter), plus nozzle choice (small, medium, large) and the air pressure that is most likely to spray this heavier than normal pattern. I will use a sheet of plastic hung on the wall to test the spray, but some expert suggestions up front would sure be great.
