Spackling or Drywall Compound?

What would you choose in this situation?

About 1000 sq ft of wall with many nail holes, I am talking about hundreds.

Cost isn't a huge issue because I think they are closely priced.
Time required is most important.
Quality is not as important, it is in a room mostly not used.

Will prime and paint over it later.

Thanks!

Hundreds? In drywall? 20 or 30 minute mud prolly depending on how fast you are at spreading it. And you can spread it quickly with a large trowel.

What about texture?

yep, fast set mud, won't shrink as much

make sure you prime

Nail holes? Just regular All-Purpose or Finish mud, two coats. No need for anything else.
