securing support to glass shower partition

I got this glass shower partition support rod that grabs the top of the glass and anchors to the tiled wall. (keeps the glass wall from vibrating when i open the hinged door for the shower)

The question is how to tie the support shaft to the wall. Should i use a standrard winged anchor? does anyone have a recommendation.
I have no idea where the suds are and there probably steel.

its fairly new concstruction.

Thank you!
