Replace windows or drywall first?

I'll be finishing my basement in the next year or so but I think I'm going I have the windows done first so I'm wondering if having the windows put in before I rip out the paneling and put up drywall will cause problems?

Replace windows or drywall first?

When you finish let me know. I'm thinking put the windows in first, but that may create issues.

you want to make sure the windows are set flush with where drywall will be, (if the current wall paneling is a different thickness). i.e. leave a 1/2".
