I purchased a home with in ceiling radiant boiler heat. There is a hole in the kitchen ceiling that i would like to have repaired to be able to paint over. How should I go about this so i dont have problems later?
Is this part of your system prone to leaks? Are you going to need to get at it again in a year or two? The hole was created to have access to repair the radiant heat or it just happened when part of the system failed?
Pictures please and how big a hole? Honestly stated if it is water damage that probably seeped farther than what is showing into the plaster or drywall.
