Receptacles wired before or after blue board?

I have a plasterer coming to hang blue board and plaster. Should I leave the wiring roughed in, or is it ok to connect the receptacles? Thanks!

What he said!!!!!

If you must add any switches or outlets before the board goes up---snap off the outside tabs that normally rest on the board---or the hanger will hate you.
