Priming new drywall
We just finished the drywall phase of our basement finish. We wiped down the walls and vacuumed the floors in preperation for priming. We had knockdown finish applied to our ceiling. Is there going to be a lot of dryall dust on the ceiling? Should we wipe that down as well, or can we just go ahead and prime it?

Priming new drywall
if it were me, i'd use a soft brush on a vacuum to clean it first.

Priming new drywall
Do I need to sand the primer on the walls before painting?
