Need help reparing outside wall

Hey all,

Well, I accidently took too wide of turn with my truck into my driveway and ran into the outside wall at my condo. Not the wall itself, but what is jutting out of the wall is what I hit.

I have attached what the broken part looks like and what it looks like normally.

My question is, where do I even start repairing or finding a replacement piece? I noticed that the piece is mostly Styrofoam (I think people run into these) with a rough texture, stucco like outer coating. What looks like stucco is what joins them where the two pieces meet.

Looking forward do get this done before the condo HOA gets all over my butt.

Thanks people!
