Nail hole fill

I'm looking for a product recommendation.

My tenants have moved out of my rental property and left an awful mess of nail and screw holes and such on the walls . I'm wondering what the best product for filling the holes ... sandable, low shrinkage, fast drying, no priming, etc.

I've been seeing a lot of Dry Dex compounds lately. Are these any good?

Drydex is a painter's helper. I use it all the time for small imperfections...fast drying and sandable. Goes on pink, turns white when dry.

Anything you use for wall repairs requires a primer though. Sometimes, before I paint, I will take a brush and brush light, feathered strokes over the patches using the paint you intend to use. Let it dry then do your painting.
