Mold Resistent Drywall???

No idea why that would be bad. They don't offer an explanation?

Mold Resistent Drywall???

Can't imagine. Do you have a specific trade name or manufacturer you could google?
Perhaps it is a misunderstanding. Drywall, even mold resistant drywall, shouldn't be used in a shower or wet area. Cement board or CBU should be used there.
