mold on ceiling

I can't get anybody to use the exhaust fan in the bathroom when they take showers, now there is mold build up on the ceiling, any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. oh and I have tried kilz then paint and still mold came back

Wire the fan to a humidistat rather than a wall switch. The fan will come on whenever the humidity level reaches the humidistat setpoint.

You also will need to kill the mold first before painting. Use a kitchen and bath paint made for this area. Start breaking fingers of those not using the fan.

Sounds like I got some work to do ill look forward into installing humidistat and the paint
