How do you read drywall code stamped on the label?

We have Georgia Pacific Toughrock drywall and are trying to ascertain whether or not it was manufactured at the Edmonton, Canada plant.

We have not been able to find an "Edmonton" stamp on the actual board, but the label has a code - "04-23-06-TXI" on it.

Does anyone know what this means?

Thank you.

Why not contact the company on this one?
