How do you do this?

The owner was over today, and I think I have convinced him to abort the drywall idea and go with pine on that small wall section.

Fortunately, he seemed to be in an exceptionally good mood today and we were able to get all manner of little things sorted out.

So, my thanks to everyone for their suggestions...but if anyone knows of a curvable trim of some kind for drywall, I'm still interested.
