Help needed...how to drywall around chimnee pipe

Hey guys, first post here but i have been lurking around for a while. I need some idea on how to drywall around the chimnee pipe that goes through the ceiling in my basement. The company who installed it used an outside bracket to hold the weight of the the pipe and i cannot remove it, they also said they dont sell anything to cover the bracket that the drywall could butt against it.

So i need someone to come up with some eort of idea to make this look good since its in the living area ''reckroom'' in my basement that i am now finishing up. Keep in mind that i am not allowed to have any sort of combustible come any closer than 2'' from this pipe. Thanks in advance.
