drywall seams splitting


help! all my corner seams are splitting. no water damage. I just built my home last spring.

drywall seams splitting


did you do the drywall? did you use paper drywall tape? are you refering to the angle? if so most likely there was not enough mud behind the tape. take old tape off angles and re run any tape that pulls loos around flats and such back with new mud wipe down tight. the re tape angles hope this helps. ohh by the way make sure some idiot didnt use paper adhesive tape to try to cover angles
